    "content": "This is one of the responsibilities that we have as Members of the National Assembly. He is also helping us bring back dignity to this country. His Motion talks about the protection of Kenyan territories. Every country has a responsibility to ensure there is dignity for the citizens of that country. Every Government has to ensure that the boundaries of that country are protected in a proper manner. It is unfortunate that we, as Members of Parliament, are sitting here discussing a matter which squarely falls in the hands of Government officers who should know their responsibilities."
