    "content": "When people talk about Opposition, there is history. We are abandoned as a community and people. It is this act of abandonment which makes people see for sure they are in the Opposition. Looking at what has happened in the recent past, our security forces have been arresting fishermen over and over again. The Ugandan forces are pirates in the first case because they are operating under different agencies and in different forms. They have what they call the Uganda revenue police, marine, cooperative and all manner of agencies operating in the lake and arresting everybody without any notice or knowledge of the border."
