    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. I want to thank the Leader of the Minority Party for bringing it up. The first responsibility of any nation is to protect her citizens. The scenario that was played here of invasion, means another foreign troop entering into our territory without any intervention. Secondly, arrests within our sovereignty means movement without any intervention to arrest the people in our territory."
