    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, they owe this House a report on the progress of all the Motions that have been passed overwhelmingly by this House. The issue of scrutinising whether these Motions are implementable is at the Table Office and the House Business Committee. The role of the Committee on Implementation is to actually ensure that this is done. Standing Order No.209(3) says that: The Committee may propose to the House, sanctions against any Cabinet Secretary who fails to report to the relevant select committee on implementation status without justifiable reasons."
