    "content": "THAT the Bill be amended in Clause 3(2) by inserting the words “medicine and” immediately before the word “surgery” Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, these amendments, if you can allow me to go one at time at this point, I wish to propose that the recommendation of His Excellency the President that Clause No. 3 (2) be amended as per the notice. I would like to say without fear of contradiction that having looked at the recommendations of the President, particularly on this particular clause, they add value to the Bill. I would like to thank hon. Lekuton because we have already shared and discussed these matters so that we can move this very, very important Bill forward. I beg to move."
