    "content": "Migingo Island has been an issue in the country for many years. People might see that it is a small place that does not matter whether it is in Uganda or in Kenya. This is an indication of abdication of responsibility by the Government to protect its territories. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I can tell you for sure that if this piece of rock was in some part of the country that I know of, the country would have gone to war by now. If the rock was in Mount Kenya or in the Rift Valley, where the President and the Deputy President come from, they would have gone to war by now to claim this piece of rock. Nobody values our land; where we come from."
