    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I raised the point that a document was tabled here by the hon. Member for Gichugu, which makes specific allegations. The Minister has dismissed it by stating that he is not aware and he does not even want to become aware because this Government is so brazen in its anti-constitutional conduct that they do not really consider themselves accountable to the people of Kenya. In these circumstances, is it not proper for the committee charged with the responsibility of examining these actions to be asked to visit these particular regions, including Mombasa Road and bring a Report to this House after examining this correspondence and these notices that have been filed? I urge you, as the Chair did yesterday, to refer this matter to the Kapondi Committee and the Committee on Lands and Natural Resources, so that they can investigate it, in view of the contradictions and arrogance that has been exhibited by this Minister and this Government?"
