Kilonzo): Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT the two paragraphs be deleted and replaced with the following â (d) has successfully undergone a minimum of a two yearsâ post-secondary school training in range management and leather technology in any training institution in Kenya recognized by the Council; or (e) has attended a course of instruction recognized by the Council as being equivalent to the course specified under paragraph (c), at any training institution outside Kenya approved by the Council."
