"content": "I fully support this Bill with the hope that it is going to change what people have been thinking about public participation; that they are policies that are put into paper and onto shelves. People need to be told the truth so that they can discuss and agree. It is important that this Bill elaborates a lot about feedback. Feedback has been omitted in most public participation fora that have been taking place in various counties. When feedback is given to the people who have given their views, then it becomes a complete circuit of what people are informed of. So, I support this Bill because it will ensure the right to information which is provided for in the Constitution to the people of Kenya is safeguarded. I support the Bill."
