However, the Chair also notes another dimension to the matter because destruction of property in itself is not entirely a matter of the Committee on Lands and Natural Resources. It is a matter that needs a joint committee, alongside the committee that oversights the Provincial Administration and Internal Security, which is the Kapondi Committee, as hon. Imanyara put it."
