Secondly, the preventive measures are in hand and they can also be put into action, including residual spaying, insecticides and treated mosquito nets as well as the drugs that come through the HIV/AIDS programme. Although they put emphasis on condoms, I think there is a bigger part of it where the prevention of Malaria is more important than the use of condoms.
