We are all here in the room and we can tell when there is reference and when there is a clear long reading of the text. It is quite clear that it was a reading and not a reference. Let us not say we were not reading when we were. Let us not say that we were extracting notes when we were actually reading big chucks of those notes. This is something we need to note quite tacitly for this Twelfth Parliament."
