"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to welcome my colleagues from Trans Nzoia County. First and foremost, I congratulate them for the great job that they are doing in Trans Nzoia County in matters oversight. What they do complements our work here. Our work in the Senate will not be complete without input from them. I am happy with what is going on in the county and hope that we will continue working together, to ensure that our people get proper service delivery. I welcome them to Nairobi.
