    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I join you, together with my colleagues, in welcoming the County Assemblies of Busia and Trans Nzoia. I want to identify myself with these two counties, especially Busia County, where I know that they have previously given a lot of support for Baba . Today, I welcome them here to learn from us. Mr. Speaker, Sir, one thing that I will request your Office and the Senate to do, is to extend capacity building to all these county assemblies.
