So, these are problems. If we invest in education and consider all out counties equally; if it is West Pokot or Turkana--- The reason why we are having all these problems is because there is this notion of “ Sawa tu, tuko kwa Serikali ”, we will be taken care of. The issue is that the people of Turkana must consider themselves Kenyans as the people of Narok or Nairobi. We must give services to the people. If we do not so, this will all be just a talk.
