I have seen, on the highway, the Chinese driving graders and shovels and they wave for a vehicle to stop so that another one can pass from the other side on a construction site. Those are jobs that you do not even need anybody who has gone to school to do. Why are we reducing our country to this? This Committee must make far reaching recommendations on; first, whether the borrowing on SGR was viable. Secondly, whether it is a contract in the terms that I have said; BT, BOT, BOOT or Build Own Operate (BOO). Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
