    "content": "Finally, on the issue of human tights, we know China – I do not fear to say this – ranks the lowest in terms of human rights in this world. We must relook this as it could be their problem or where they come from and that is why they abuse labourers. They see Kenyans as clever because they rank lowest in the human rights index in this world. I call upon my Chairperson in the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare and all of us who are Members, to come up with earth-shaking radical reforms that will change the engagement that we have in this country with foreigners.
