"content": "We need that when the former Prime Minister is invited to give a lecture in London, we should be able to facilitate his office. This should be the same for the Vice- Presidents and retired Presidents Moi and Kibaki. The office has the cooks, a gardener and few others. It is quite lean as has been provided.
