    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support the Petition brought by our Senator for Nairobi. It is, indeed, very sad because small traders are mostly youth. This Government has pledged support for the youth and so I do not understand why these agencies are quick to fight the youth. In fact, we expect that they would be organizing them to solve their problems or to make their businesses more efficient and effective as opposed to fighting them. It is, indeed, very sad.
