"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I look forward to the Committee that will be working on this issue to investigate it deeply. Why is it that we have foreigners doing things that Kenyans can and should be doing? This is a question I am raising further in a Motion that I will be bringing to the Floor of this House. This is because we see many foreigners in the construction industry doing what Kenyans can and should be doing. Our agencies should protect the youth and ensure that they have a lifeline to start their livelihoods when they leave school. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support this Motion and thank the Senator for bringing it. I look forward to the Committee that will be working on it."
