    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Bill with very few remarks, which I hope the sponsors will take into consideration. I have a problem with all these authorities that are being established and are all based at the national Government. First of all, on the functions of the Authority, there is one that says: “Advise national and county governments on disaster risk management The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
