    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have indicated that the Kshs200 million is already available in the budget and in the next three or four weeks, we expect the contractor to be on site. As I have indicated, 60 per cent of the road is paved while 40 per cent is gravelled. That means we want to restore the road the way it is; the 60 per cent to remain as it is and the 40 per cent to remain as it is. I have also indicated to this House that in future we would like to have the whole road paved to ensure that we do not go through the problems that we are having now."
