    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Sen. Poghisio has been here long enough and he knows the rules thoroughly. Therefore, we appreciate his comment. However, I was only stressing the fact that we support the President in his fight against corruption, because this country has no choice. The road sector is one area where we must look at how we can save the resources of this country. I call upon the Committee, this House, all people involved, the Ministry and the people in the devolved units to come together and think of how we are going to improve the road network in this country. We need a road network that will survive for long; one that will be done reasonably and economically for the benefit of the people of Kenya. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
