"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. If you go to Europe, you will find that a road that was constructed 100 years ago has never been reconstructed because it is routinely maintained. I am talking about maintenance. In Africa, and Kenya, in particular, maintenance, repairs are alien to our vocabulary. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in our own county, the road from Bungoma through Nalondo, Bokoli to Kimilili, since it was constructed, has never been maintained. It is now completely broken and torn and the only saviour would be to reconstruct it. We have a road from Lodwar to Kakuma.
