    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is, indeed, true that we have some of the road agencies in the country that include, for example, roads within the national parks that are actually done by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) and we do not supervise them. What we do is to audit once the works have been done. As hon. Members know, about 1 per cent of our resources go directly to the KWS and, also within the county councils, there are certain roads that are earmarked to be developed. This also includes the Local Authority Transfer Fund (LATF) because we give them money directly and the Kenya Roads Boards (KRB) where money is given directly for the maintenance of roads within those specific areas. Therefore, I think I have answered the hon. Member."
