    "content": "antenatal and postnatal care, mental healthcare, immunisation and other issues. They are all manageable within the budgets that we can provide. One of the issues that the national Government must do is the timely release of resources to the county governments so that they can attend to some of these innovative centres. I know we are putting up some sophisticated cancer centres, but there are more people dying of other issues apart from cancer. I appreciate that we must do so, but we can save a lot of our population from these depressive disorders. This will make them become normal individuals walking around like proud Kenyans living in their country with ease and comfort. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I second this Motion."
