    "content": "I can see my time is over; I want to give other colleagues a chance to also give their thoughts and ideas on this very important Bill. This is a good Bill. Let us look forward to putting into focus the County Statistics Bill 2018. This is the right path for us to continue enriching our Constitution. We must ensure that we put legislation into place such that even if we are to do constitutional amendments in the near future, we will ensure that we have exhausted all the necessary legislation that needs to be in place.
