    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to give my support to my sister, Architect Sylvia Kasanga in her Motion that clearly calls for the Kenya Government to address the subject matter which is lack of a standard policy regulation for construction and maintenance of the rural access roads. As it has been clearly stated by the previous Senator, Part 2, subsection 5 of the Fourth Schedule of the 2010 Constitution of Kenya, has bequeathed the county governments with the jurisdiction with regards to dealing with transport, including the county roads.
