    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was looking at the flower farm as a factory in terms of its engagement. There is need for some legislative way of doing things so that if a factory is erected in a community, then it should also serve the people in that community and benefit them so that the locals can enjoy and see that the presence of the flower farm is there to their advantage. I want to suggest that this petition should be referred to the relevant committee so that it pursues it and ensures that the residents of Kajiado benefit from that flower farm."
