    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. We are supporting this Petition very much. However, because we have put our names to support this Bill, it does not mean that we are going to call for--- Mr. Speaker, Sir, is it in order for my brother to call for an uprising, using spears? I know that it is the same thing in my community. I agree with him that the most cosmopolitan counties are the ones that are, perhaps, the less educated and the most welcoming ones. However, I do not think it is in order for this House to say that people should take the law into their own hands, when we are law makers ourselves."
