    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to second this Bill. There are a lot of gaps and lacunas in the law and I think it begins from the Constitution itself. The fact is that there are provisions of the Constitution that we need to look into because they do not provide answers to situations that may arise in the conduct of public affairs in the country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Bill talks about a very important Constitutional Commission, the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC). It is important that the law is clear, because Commissioners, for a very good reason, hold specific terms and tenures such that once they expire, there is need for a step to be taken.
