    "content": "THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Article 94(5) and Article 210(1) of the Constitution, this House: (a) approves the provisional collection of taxes relating to: 1. Income tax; 2. Value Added tax; 3. Excise Duty; 4. Miscellaneous Fees and Levies; and, (b) resolves that in accordance with Section 3 of the Provisional Collection of Taxes and Duties (Cap 415), the collection commences on the date specified in the Provisional Collection of Taxes and Duties Order, 2018 (Legal Notice No.128 of 2018).
