    "content": "Hon. Speaker, on the evening of 25th June 2018, Master Katana Kazungu Fondo, a Standard VII pupil in the said school was shot dead by police officers from Mariakani Police Station. The body of the said Master Fondo was later taken to the Coast General Mortuary, Mombasa County, as unidentified body. Later, the police officers claimed that the body was of a wanted criminal. In the statement, the Chairperson should inquire into and report on: 1. The circumstances under which Master Katana Kazungu was shot dead by police officers. 2. Whether investigations into the killing have been carried out and if not, why. 3. The reasons as to why disciplinary action has not been taken against the police officers who were involved in that brutal act. Thank you."
