    "content": "Another issue is that majority of committee chairs do not either understand their work or are not interested. I think you need to have an induction course or act on them. I am sure there are Members who are more than willing to become committee chairs. There are also other evils and it is unfortunate we do not have an opportunity of holding a Kamukunji . We have seen cases where nominees appear for vetting and have already been coached by Members of the same committee. This is very unfortunate.
