"content": "reviewing the Constitution and going to the extremes of even abolishing the constituencies because we are overrepresented. We have elected 47 Senators representing counties. Therefore, constituencies clustered together are counties. So, if you have elected Sen. Cleophas Malalah to represent Kakamega County, what business do you have to elect 12 other people to come and represent Kakamega County in Parliament? We shall move an amendment to the Constitution to abolish constituencies so that we only have the Senators to represent their counties and forget about constituencies."
