    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue that the hon. Member is raising is part of an overall Government programme where we are trying to move from outright purchasing to leasing. The framework is being developed. This framework is for leasing not only ambulances, but also other Government vehicles. The idea was to, first and foremost, try to reduce the cost of operating vehicles in various Ministries, while at the same time being able to extend services. Once the framework is ready, we will begin the process of leasing. So, no company has been identified at all."
