    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice in support of the Statement brought to the Floor of the House by the Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Kipchumba Murkomen. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, from the onset, I state that my reading and understanding of that Statement is that it does not seek to cure or provide an answer to the superiority debate between the National Assembly and the Senate. That matter was long settled by the drafters of the Constitution. What we saw yesterday on the Floor of the National Assembly was unfortunate. There was no justification whatsoever of the public display of juvenile emotions on the Floor of the ‘lower’ House yesterday."
