    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me to proceed. If the reference is to the use of the word ‘juvenile’, I am just making reference to immature emotions. Now that the enemies of devolution spoke yesterday, the champions of devolution must have their way today. It must be made clear that the Senate is not seeking validation from the National Assembly with regard to its roles. In the debate yesterday, there was talk of us encroaching into the work of committees in the National Assembly. There was also talk that Senators should concentrate on over-sighting counties. What a shame? The same hon. Members who are purporting to direct Senators to carry out oversight roles in the counties are the people who sat in judgment against the oversight funds.
