    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance for a clear demonstration that the Ministry is committed to ensuring that these projects are completed. My appeal to him is that some of these projects have stalled. For example, in my constituency, Mutito, the dispensaries have stalled just because money has not been allocated. Could he ensure that money is speeded up this last quota, so that these projects can be completed?"
