    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is unfortunate that some people are still day-dreaming of scrapping the Senate when the Constitution is in its second term. It is unfortunate that when the whole world is embracing cooperation, collaboration for development purposes, some people here are still engaging us in competition. It is obvious that we are the ‘upper’ House.
