    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I said, the first thing that I am doing is to ensure that we really get all the stakeholders to agree. This is because by failing to do so, it will mean that Mombasa residents will not get water services that are very important to them, as has happened in the past, until my Ministry took over and actually had to do the work that the water service provider is supposed to do. So, the first important thing to do is to ensure that Mombasa residents have got water and that there are no other interests. If you come into the board, you must serve to give value to the work that you are doing, but not do your own other interests."
