    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think we have rules and regulations and even consultations are time bound. The Ministry has got a timeframe. I am very sure they must even have a masterplan for consultation. So, the Minister cannot say that it is an open-ended consultation. Maybe these consultations will go on until 2012. What happens if they fail to agree? She has to be very categorical as to how many months or years she needs to consult all the members or stakeholders for us to be able to put in place a board of management."
