"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is not about regulations. We know that the rules and regulations are there. The hon. Member was very specific. How do you enforce these regulations? These quarries have been there for the last 14 years and they have been abandoned. Camels, cows, and people fall into these quarries and as a result, break their legs and yet there is no enforcement by the NEMA. If I am given an opportunity, I will lay on the Table the letters I have been writing to the NEMA for the past two years. A Minister in this House even undertook to visit Bura and ensure that these rules are abided by. So, it is about enforcement. How will the Assistant Minister ensure that the regulations are enforced?"
