"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Hon. Speaker, I support the second Petition on land. Land is a very emotive issue and Kenyans are really experiencing a lot of problems in terms of acquisition of documents for acquisition of land. We need to urge county governments and also the National Land Commission (NLC) to ensure that there is speedy allocation of land whenever people apply for it. Secondly, I also want to raise an issue on a Petition that I tabled in this House some time back on the social safety and protection for elderly disabled persons through the Committee.
