    "content": "Allow me to mention something that I mentioned outside Parliament because it is important. I was misunderstood when I said it. The Clerk of the Senate did not understand me well or what was reported by the media was wrong. The Office of the Clerk of the Senate needs to advise the Senators accordingly when they are introducing Bills, so that we do not get into this kind of circus. I expect the Senate to respect the advice of parliamentary staff because Members are advised many times by the technical people, but they ignore the advice.
