    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also stand to add my voice to the issue you have very well elaborated. Parliament cannot run like this! What the Senate is doing in this matter should not be trivialised. It is a very important matter in the functioning of Parliament, the Senate and the National Assembly. The Constitution and the Standing Orders are there to guide us. This is a matter that was canvassed in the House in the 11th Parliament when you were the Speaker. We thought that the matter will end and everybody will adhere to the Constitution. I used to hear of people who wanted to expand their land, but I have now seen people who want to take other people’s functions and duties without any law."
