    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (b). This is to delete the proposed requirements that the board register all dealers of copyright. That is an impossible task. So, we agreed to delete this provision because it will not be possible for the board to register all dealers because they come in daily and they are in hundreds of thousands. Thank you."
