    "content": " Thank you. I am standing on a point of information. The KCB would have had to remove the clause calling for registration of copyright owners. We can then refer to Clause 9, which provides for voluntary registration. I doubt that the reason was because there were too many copyright works. It was because it was calling for mandatory registration of copyright works. Copyright works are considered automatic rights. Copyright ownership is automatically conferred on the owner. One needs not register it. This section is being deleted so that voluntary registration can be introduced later on. It is not because there are so many works, and that the Board is unable to register them all at once."
