I think the reference to technological protection here was because we were seeking to protect copyright items which are done online, which one of the institutions which appeared before us, that is Aga Khan University, insisted that we need to also look at the provisions of online copyright. I think it made more sense than just making a reference to technical. We were very specific on the technological measure that we are going to take to protect online copyright."
