    "content": "I appreciate and understand the fact that a member of an CMO will be eligible for election as the director if he holds a post-secondary qualification which is recognised in Kenya. I appreciate that the membership of CMOs are generally artists. I am concerned that you have not defined the education requirements for the CEO of a CMO. If you look at the Copyright Board, the CEO has to be an advocate of not less than five years standing. The CMOs deal with hundreds of millions of shillings for and on behalf of their members.
